Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PrintDirect US. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, with an approval from PrintDirect US, subject to the following conditions:

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned product.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for further instructions.

Return Authorization: Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Any items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
