Coverage Period
This limited, non-transferable warranty applies to white toner printers, products, and accessories sold within the United States by PrintDirect US. For units purchased or located outside the U.S., an international one-year limited warranty may apply. PrintDirect US guarantees that its white toner printers will be free from defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period stated below.
At its sole discretion, PrintDirect US will repair or replace any unit found to be defective during the warranty period. All warranty work must be completed or authorized by a PrintDirect US Authorized Representative.
The warranty covers parts and depot repair only, and does not include shipping costs associated with depot repair services.
Before depot repair is approved, customers are required to complete basic troubleshooting with PrintDirect US support staff.
All damages must be reported to PrintDirect US within 3 business days of receiving equipment. Failure to report damages within this window may result in denial of warranty coverage. All visible damage must be documented on the Bill of Lading at delivery.
All Printer sales are final.
Warranty Coverage
- Non-Consumable Parts: Covered for 1 year
- Toner Cartridges: Limited warranty of 30 days
Customer Responsibilities
- Damaged or defective parts covered under warranty must be returned within 30 days to receive credit.
- Customers must perform basic troubleshooting before a technician or service is dispatched.
- The customer is responsible for replacing consumable items and ensuring proper ongoing maintenance.
- After 90 days, all shipping and handling costs related to depot repair are the customer’s responsibility.
- Any modifications made to the printer or its parts without prior written approval from PrintDirect US will void the warranty.
- For repeat technical issues, a new claim must be submitted within 7 days of the original issue being serviced.
- The 1-Year Limited Warranty applies only to white toner printers purchased from PrintDirect US in the United States and is non-transferable.
- Customers must follow the proper transfer process per media type and use appropriate heat press settings, peeling techniques, and washing instructions to preserve transfer quality.
- Exceptions – Consumables Not Covered
- This warranty does not cover consumable or expendable parts, including but not limited to:
- Toner cartridges
- Transfer Belt Assemblies
- Separation Assemblies
- Fuser Units
- Waste Containers
- Paper Feed Rollers
Non-Covered Items
PrintDirect US is not responsible for:
- Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, lightning)
- Any unit modified without written authorization
- Use of parts, supplies, or accessories not approved by PrintDirect US
- Damage caused by the use of non-PrintDirect US branded toner
- Damage due to lack of training, improper setup, poor-quality artwork, or file ripping errors
- Damage due to lack of proper maintenance or general wear and tear
- Damage from electrical surges, unstable power sources, or not using a surge protector
- External computing hardware or networking equipment (e.g., routers, Wi-Fi, software, PCs)
- Any shipping other than ground service
- General and preventive maintenance services
- Financial loss, downtime compensation, or business interruption
- Repacking of machine if replaced under warranty.
- Additional operator training beyond what is included
- Products or parts not returned within the specified timeframe
- Any tampering with or unauthorized modification of the printer
Liability and Legal Disclaimers
This limited warranty is void if the printer is tampered with, modified without approval, or if the serial number has been removed or altered. This warranty does not cover bundled or third-party software.
PrintDirect US’s total liability under this warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the defective product or parts. PRINTDIRECT US WILL IN NO CASE BE LIABLE FOR AMOUNTS EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE UNIT.
All warranty claims must be filed under the legal jurisdiction of Florida.
This limited warranty is exclusive. All other warranties—express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Any implied warranties that cannot be excluded are limited to the duration of the warranty period.
PrintDirect US will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business—even if previously advised of the possibility.

RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Policy
For product returns under warranty, PrintDirect US will provide a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. If a PrintDirect US Representative determines that an RMA is required for your product, please follow the standard procedure to process the RMA.
