IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:
Always work in a well-ventilated area and use appropriate protective equipment when handling DTF products and processes. PrintDirect US strongly recommends using a fume extractor to manage the fumes produced during the curing of TPU adhesive powder. To safeguard against exposure to TPU adhesive powder (before curing), which can become airborne during handling, it is advised to wear full-body protective clothing, a respirator or N95 mask, goggles, and gloves. Inhalation of TPU adhesive powder or fumes can be hazardous to your health.
DTF equipment is designed for use in a commercial environment. PrintDirect US does not recommend the use of DTF equipment in residential or in-home settings that are not properly ventilated. Additionally, maintaining an environment with over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling when using DTF inks and film.
